Elite Survival Systems sent me their Liberty Gunpack to review and test a while back.
Since then, I have been using the pack on and off for my Glock29 10mm mountain pistol. It has been a wonderful piece of gear.
The best thing about the pack is its inconspicuous appearance.

You can store your cell phone, spare mags and keys, extra pens, flashlights, ID cards and more in the additional pockets.

You can wear the pack vertically or horizontally with its four-way belt loop. There are Molle attachment points to mount your pack.

The belt loop is large enough to attach easily to my Kelty Redding 50 backpack.

To facilitate quick opening of the gun compartment, each corner of the Gunpack has a pull tab. This makes it easy to quickly open the gun compartment and draw your pistol in self defense against predators.

You can also carry a spare mag in the main gun compartment.

Because I carry a heavier Glock 29 10mm in the Liberty, it is too small to store a spare mag. I have found that the Liberty is too small to accommodate a spare mag. I prefer to use the outer compartment for the spare mag. For 9mm CCW pistols like Glock 43's and Sig P365's or Smith & Wesson Shields, the spare mag can be carried in the main compartment.

Final Thoughts

The Liberty Gunpack has been a great companion for me when I go on walks or hikes in densely populated areas. It also works well around town where it is necessary to remain discreet. It has never been noticed by passersby. It is well made and has held up to constant use. It is a great “Wilderness to Street” gunpack.

5 stars (Highly Recommended).
EDITOR’S NOTE: I would like to thank Mikhail Merkurieff from Emberlit Stoves & Camp Ware, for helping me take the photos that are used in this review. Mikhail's titanium stoves are excellent, as well as his survival fishing gear and flint strikers. Please stop by and check out his website at https://emberlit.com/
Thanks! Jason
